Terms & Conditions – h55d Platform

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use h55d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ h55d strictly prohibits access by minors. h55d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
• You must be the registered account holder and the sole beneficiary of the account. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Pakistani users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to them.
• You must not hold more than one active h55d account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances associated with duplicate accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email, and Pakistani mobile number.

h55d reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

h55d operates under a KYC (Know Your Customer) framework as a standard security and integrity measure. Before processing your first withdrawal, h55d requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• A recent selfie photograph, optionally held alongside your CNIC.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your registered name and mobile number) where applicable.

KYC documents are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operational conditions. h55d may request additional documentation at its discretion. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent KYC documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

KYC completion does not affect your ability to deposit, wager, or use casino and betting features — it is a prerequisite for withdrawals only.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on h55d are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash and Easypaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah). USDT minimum deposit is equivalent to Rs 1,000 at the prevailing rate.
• Withdrawal Processing: Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 2 to 24 hours depending on network conditions.
• Withdrawal Conditions: A minimum of one deposit must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Deposits that have not been wagered may not be withdrawn directly.
• Currency Conversion: h55d does not charge internal currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Any conversion rates applicable to USDT deposits or withdrawals are those prevailing at the time of the transaction.
• Fraudulent Transactions: h55d reserves the right to reverse, void, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal that it has reasonable grounds to believe is associated with fraudulent activity, payment fraud, or abuse of the platform.

5. Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

All bets placed on h55d are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant product section:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. h55d does not retrospectively alter confirmed bet odds.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price or obviously erroneous odds being offered (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), h55d reserves the right to void the affected bet at its sole discretion regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Cricket betting markets (including PSL, international ODIs, T20Is, and Test matches) are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the governing body. Matches that are abandoned, forfeited, or otherwise void according to official ruling will be settled as void, with stakes returned to the Player's account balance.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to the prevailing in-play odds at the time of submission. h55d does not guarantee acceptance of in-play bets placed during periods of rapid market movement, such as during wickets or scoring events in cricket.
• Settlement of casino game outcomes — including live dealer results and slot RNG outcomes — is final and determined by the certified third-party game provider. h55d does not have the ability to override or alter settled casino game results.

6. Bonus and Promotional Terms

h55d offers bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• The default wagering requirement for the h55d welcome bonus is ten times (10x) the bonus amount. Game contribution rates vary: slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, game shows contribute 20%, and RNG table games contribute 15%.
• Bonuses have a stated validity period. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the end of the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
• h55d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already in active use by a Player will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of activation.
• Abuse of bonus structures — including but not limited to wagering patterns that exploit low-risk strategies to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may constitute grounds for account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming

h55d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits per rolling period
• Session time reminders and reality check notifications
• Temporary cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to six (6) weeks
• Permanent self-exclusion, upon request to h55d support

Players who believe their gambling behaviour has become problematic are strongly encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately. Self-exclusion requests submitted to h55d support are processed within 24 hours. Once activated, self-exclusion may not be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

h55d does not target or market to vulnerable individuals. Players who have previously self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts. Any such accounts identified will be closed immediately.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

h55d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account under the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Provision of false registration information or fraudulent KYC documents
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Suspected use of automated betting software, bots, or scripted wagering patterns
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed deposits initiated by the Player with their payment provider
• Any activity that h55d reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional structures

In cases of account suspension, h55d will conduct an internal review. If the review concludes that the account was suspended in error, it will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If the review confirms a policy violation, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on h55d.app — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, text, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of h55d or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. No content from h55d.app may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of h55d. Game content is provided under licence from third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h55d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform; or losses arising from your own failure to comply with these Terms.

h55d does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from technical errors at all times. h55d will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Amendments to Terms

h55d reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, h55d will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of h55d following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
